The Allied 504 Loan will finance the purchase of real estate, including closing cost and renovations to 90% Loan to Value. The subject property must be 51% owner occupied. In addition to minimal 10% equity injections, our 504 loans are fully amortizing with below market fixed rates. The loan can be used for acquisition, major renovation, energy conservation or expansion of an existing property.
