Primary Function
- Directly responsible for converting company provided leads to funded mortgage loans.
- Telephone and online origination of mortgage loans through internet, direct mail campaigns, referrals and/or other marketing campaign
- Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in an effective and timely manner.
- Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer the appropriate mortgage products.
- Assist Allied’s processing team in obtaining necessary information to close loans in a compliant and timely manner.
- Meet individual monthly sales goals.
- Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry.
- Work on site -Hybrid
Job Requirements
- Recent origination experience in the residential mortgage industry required –Multi State NMLS Licensing
- Strong telephone sales and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner.
- Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills.
- Will need to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to pass a background check for state licensing.
- Bi-Lingual a plus
