“Steve was wonderful: explained concepts clearly, replied to questions rapidly, and worked hard to get our deal done. I was frustrated, however, with the processing associate. Emails went unanswered. Errors were made. I was also dissapointed that someone at Allied didn't catch that we would be unable to close on October 13 due to the bank holiday (Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day). This was only flagged a few days before closing and resulted in a delayed closing on October 14. This made for a difficult situation with the sellers.”

“Underwriting was extra special with their B.S. The fact that they didn't pay attention to what my actual DTI was (student loans being 0), causing a delay in my closing and costing me more money. The final paperwork was incorrect and also caused a delay to the title company. Steve and Tony were great, they have the tough job of relaying what underwriting has to say or need. Steve did a great job of explaining everything, keeping me up to date of everything. Underwriting is/was the issue for me, it felt as though they were trying to keep me from refinancing at every turn.”

“Justin was absolutely fantastic, as was Monique - my problems were strictly with the underwriting department and the documents that were not required in the state of NJ - to ask for a document of good standing on an LLC that was just formed days prior, or an Operating Agreement on a 2 member LLC is ridiculous . Both of these documents cost me almost $750 that I wouldnt have needed to spend with another lender . Lesson learned, but again Justin and Monique were top notch , no complaints about them.”
