“From my very first meeting with Cathy, I was truly impressed. She greeted my mother and me with a warm welcome and a beautiful smile. Cathy is incredibly hardworking, yet so easy to work with. Both she and her colleague, Beth Steib, were always happy to assist and support us especially when it came to communication between the lenders, real estate agent, the lawyer, and the previous homeowner. Their coordination was top-notch.
Cathy was always just a phone call away. She consistently took the time to break everything down in detail for my mom, step by step, ensuring we fully understood what was happening and what was required from us to qualify for our home loan. She was even willing to answer our questions after hours, always responding quickly.
Throughout the entire process, Cathy was determined, patient, and reassuring. Working with her gave us such peace of mind we knew we were in good hands. “I have found Allied Mortgage Group online, as they offer competitive rates. We closed a house in March 2025, and overall, it was a great experience. Justin is very attentive and a great communicator. He made this stressful purchase stress-free and explained everything really well to a first-time home buyer. Also, he closed the house in only 3 weeks, one week before the promised time. His rates were very competitive. I wish Allied Mortgage Group had kept the loan and didn't re-service it to Pennymac, but anyway, I would still contact Justin first if I needed a loan again.”
