The processing time was slightly longer than expected, and more frequent updates on the application status would have been helpful. Additionally, simplifying some of the formalities or offering a more digital-friendly approach could enhance the overall customer experience. In conclusion, while the loan approval process was generally smooth and professional, making it faster and more transparent would further improve customer satisfaction.
