Barbara Morgan
Real estate is in Dana’s blood. Her family of commercial and residential property owners and managers, along with builders, naturally led her into the mortgage industry. She was determined to thoroughly understand the financing of buildings, end-to-end, and wanted to use that knowledge to help people gain wealth through homeownership.
A New York City native, Dana moved to Boulder from Brooklyn after graduating from St. John’s University. Her first job in Colorado was as a bank teller for Chase, and she quickly transitioned into a customer service associate. Since 2007, she has been originating loans for homebuyers and homeowners. Her gift of listening intently to her customers’ needs has allowed her to customize loan solutions for every circumstance. She offers extensive education and guidance throughout the mortgage process, to ensure her clients have realistic expectations and a clear understanding of their options. Dana also earned a Paralegal Certificate with a concentration in real estate law. She confidently digests contracts and agreements which helps ease the paperwork burden for her clients.
In addition to building long-lasting relationships with her borrowers and partners, she values family time. Her husband, CT, is on board with their camping adventures that take them all over the Rockies. Daughter Izabella in high school is a well-regarded soccer goalkeeper who has been recruited to a development team. Son Noah in his last year of elementary school is passionate about skiing. Dana’s family loves to cook together and take care of their garden, dog, cat, and snake.
