Fulfilling dreams of home ownership has been at the center of my career. I started 25 years ago working for my Dad’s mortgage business and then specialized in loans helping people avoid foreclosures. Upon venturing into real estate investing, I was able to fix-and-flip homes with affordable price tags, while educating, motivating, and guiding other investors in the real estate space.
My mission to inspire people in overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals comes from my background as a professional athlete. I was an Iowa state champion cross country runner in high school, a cyclist on Team Saturn (the world’s #1 Women’s Cycling Team in 2000!), and both a cyclist and triathlete on the US National Team. As an individual competitor, I had to push myself, but my successes were only possible because of the coaching support that I received. So in return, I became a life and business coach, where I’ve applied my skills to helping home owners, buyers, and investors. Enabling people to make beneficial decisions throughout the mortgage process sometimes feels like an adventure race – we get to the finish line as a team, celebrating a monumental accomplishment with relief and excitement.
I came to Boulder in the late-80s to attend CU and have never thought of leaving. My daughter Sacia returned here after college and getting married to start a family and now lives in Pennsylvania. My husband Scott Dale (full-time commercial realtor and part-time musician) and I enjoy spending time with our friends and embracing everything that the Colorado lifestyle has to offer.
